Went here back in 2021. Embarassing stock. Embarrassing prices!!! They will NOT price match, and they price everything up $5-10 because they can. Please avoid and price match properly at other dispos, as is the norm. They don't offer olcc, student, cop, firefighter, or medical professional discounts. Stingiest and highest price please Ive ever seen. They wouldn't even price match a $20 cart that they charged $25 on. 3/10/26 edit: Owners tried to play damage control by claiming that my experience from '21 was fixed. I can faithfully confirm that they have changed NOTHING from '21. Beware their "holiday PRICING". They claim to give discounts, but fail to tell you that they either falsify their own papers as well as their advertisements. For example. 4/20 sales show discounts that appear attractive. Until you realize they lie about prices, or claim discounts that aren't actually there and charge you the same cost they claimed was full price only days ago. Don't trust this place at all. Overcharged, poor selection, horrible old and dry weed. Literally any and ALL dispos in Eugene/springfield have better prices as a baseline, and EVERY dispensary has better deals. OGR only offers a max 20% discount on any specific deal day. Which is offensively low when you factor in their chronically high pricing$5-10 more on wax, all carts, and most flow. Anywhere else is better than this dump.

Bought an ounce for delivery they had advertised for 20 dollars. No mention of shake at all in the ad (see photo) when I received the grossly misleading product I called them and the floor staff invited me to come to the location and talk to the manager about a refund. When I arrived both floor staff tried to get me to leave without speaking to the manager. I waited a significant amount of time before being allowed to talk to the manager "Jarrod" and when I spoke with them he told me there was "nothing we can do". I asked why I wasn't told this over the phone before being invited to come in and his response was a shrug. Don't come here they are genuinely awful.

The over promising of services with lack of proper staffing routinely 😬 not a good look. After today’s exchange I will NOT be returning and will be finding a new home shop after sadly a little over a year. Although the variety of products are decent the disorganized chaos is just too much stress for me. From having to close my bank account down thinking it was fraud to be told it was a charge from here, there is always some issue with my online orders to the final straw waiting 20-30 mins plus for a curb side order that was done hours in advance.

I'm impressed with the organization and cleanliness of this store, and mostly impressed with the knowledgeable staff. I have specific needs for my current, natural-health journey, and I'm confident that the product I'm getting is the top of the line. I would not feel confident getting it elsewhere.

Unwelcoming and hostile towards poor people and hippies. I do grounding as part of my religous practice, which was fine with every employee except one. I am also visibly transgender. And he took every opportunity to misgender me and laugh while he did so, throwing in as much gendered language as he could. He told me i would be forced out if i ever appeared that way there again. Make sure you adhere to their unwritten rules, and that they don't dislike you or the way you present, or you could be laughed at in front of other customers. When i called to ask that they put up a sign or a sentence on their website describing the rule he was enforcing at me, since I could find no evidence for it other than his word, he told me i was wrong to feel the way i did, ignored my questions, and hung up on me in less than 30 seconds. I wish they had told me I wasn't the right look to shop there earlier, so I could have avoided being threatened and laughed at in public. I can't make you change your rules. But if you had posted them anywhere none of this would have happened. Why, when i point that out, do you tell me I'm wrong and hang up on me? Why do you only claim that it was health code reasons when i leave a review where others can see? And do you realize that's untrue? Lots of businesses, big and small, do not do that. This went down in a REALLY lame way.
