Hours are not up to date on their website and hours are not posted anywhere on site. They appear to change hours seasonally, and customers just have to guess when they’re open. I’ve had great experiences here when they’re actually open, but I’m tired of taking time out of my evening to go there only to find they’ve closed an hour earlier than what’s on their website. I work late and I plan my visits around the hours on their website and it’s disappointing that they never seem to keep it up to date, especially when their deals change by the weekday, so I have to either wait until next week or pay more for the same amount of product the following day, simply because I made the mistake of believing that their own website would have correct information. I’ve tried calling to ask for hours but I am consistently hung up on after about 10 seconds of rustling sounds and no audible person on the other line. I’ve been going there for months and every single person on site has been absolutely lovely, but there is obviously a broader issue with mismanagement and it’s becoming more and more difficult for me to justify continuing to take my business here considering that they apparently do not respect their customer’s time enough to even inform us of their hours. No hours posted anywhere on site, website is never up to date. TLDR: great service, but you’re probably better off taking your business somewhere that doesn’t require you to guess whether or not they’re open, unless you only ever plan on stopping by in the middle of the day.
Such a wonderful dispensary in Southern Eugene, OR. Located in a very charming part of town with a fantastic selection and great staff. A must stop when visiting Eugene!
Although tucked away & sometimes hard to spot from a moving vehicle on Willamette Street (parking is behind the building) – this cannabis dispensary has a large inventory of quality cannabis products for a shop its size. They also have a very engaging staff of budtenders. 3.5 out of 5 Stars ✨
