MOSS CROSSING
About MOSS CROSSING
Over on Friendly Street, MOSS CROSSING runs as a beloved neighborhood dispensary with a 4.6 rating across 192 reviews. The shop pulls 10 AM to 9:30 PM hours Monday through Saturday, with a shorter 11 AM to 8 PM Sunday window. What sets MOSS apart is the combination of a cool in-store vibe and free delivery with a minimum order. Reviewers describe a thoughtful loyalty point system, a sloth-themed aesthetic that customers genuinely enjoy, and budtenders who handle stockout situations with grace — proactively letting customers know about points they can redeem instead. Some payment hiccups have been flagged in reviews, so worth bringing alternative payment options. For Eugene's Friendly neighborhood, MOSS CROSSING is the kind of dispensary regulars come back to year after year, with shoutouts going to specific budtenders who become familiar faces. Located at 2751 Friendly St, recreational adult-use, 21 and over with valid ID required at the door.

Customer Reviews
I’ve been coming here for years & it’s my fav place. atmosphere is great, budtenders are always friendly, love sloths, yadda yadda I love everyone that has worked there, but I have to shout out this one budtender (blonde dude wears a beanie) is extra sweet & good conversationalist :D lowkey I’m crushinnnnnnnnn ok anyways yeah good dispo highly recommend
I love Moss Crossing. They have a cool vibe in the store, but they also deliver for free (they do have a minimum but totally worth it). I love that they have delivery. I'm leaving this review though because they were out of something I ordered, no biggie, and they were letting me know about that but then also let me know I had points to spend instead of money. Super helpful guy on the phone and I appreciate his awesome customer service. I'm bummed I can't say the name of who it was because I didn't catch it, but if the owner is seeing this he called me around 6:30pm on 9/7 and was super friendly and awesome. If ya could give him a raise I'd appreciate it! cool beans! ;)
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I have done hundreds of orders with them but today their machine couldn't process my card. Why is it that Moss Crossing is the only store that has this issue? I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. DO BETTER GUYS I waited 2 hours for nothing.
It's pretty hard to dislike a store that let's you pet their two dogs, which are also their mascots, which they also have stickers of. Prices are pretty good, selection and recommendations are also solid. Better yet, everyone is always excited to see you. I've never even had someone be just kind of nice. Everyone genuinely seems to want to help you.
Hands down, the best dispensary in Eugene (possibly even all of Lane County)! The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and approachable. The products offered and variety of strains are of the utmost quality. And friendly, leashed pups are welcome to visit the store! Make sure to follow them on social media to stay on top of their events, because they are usually a hoot! Seriously, the friendliest joint in town. Thanks, MX!!!
