My entire experience was really great, I had simple online ordering, the exact products I needed, the price was reasonable, and Timothy was sweet, charming, and pleasant when he delivered my order. Everything was nearly taped into a bag, with my name printed, truly a great experience all around. I will be ordering again in the future!!
Gone in twice and left twice due to poor customer service. They didn't listen, they interrupted, acted defensive, and were not at all helpful or compassionate in helping me find the right product.
