Everybody's super nice and helps you out when you don't know what you want
Was a 4 day a week customer all summer and will never return to this place again. Staff is super rude, one guy is cool. Asked for a disposable 1 gram pen and he sold me a screw in cartridge. I walked out the door and saw it was not a disposable then went right back in and they would not exchange it. On top of it, there was not “thank you” for coming by or “hello how are you doing”. Had I got the guys name I would mention it, but shorter with a beard. I asked for some flower and since you can’t see the flower and have to read off a menu I asked for a couple recommendations and he looked at me like I was annoying him. I said I can’t read the menu and he shrugged and pulled a couple of the shelf. Because of this lame bud tender I will never go to this shop again. I won’t support business that have this type of customer service and there are plenty of other options around to go to. Good luck Herbal Choices in Coos Bay. Please hire some people that have manners and respect for customers. If I could give a negative 5 star review for this employee and experience I would.
