I’m greeted with a polite, not pushy, hello. Grant has helped me a number of times when I’ve come into the establishment and truly exemplified great customer service, charisma, and professionalism with a honest ear to my attempt to be anecdotally comedic. He is always knowledgeable and helpful. Great business don’t demand your return, they earn it!!!

We went in to Oregrown today and were helped by Charlie, and it was an awesome experience. He and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable and make every visit easy and enjoyable. We’ve also had similarly great experiences with Dillon whenever he helps us. The staff is always well informed, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. The parking lot is a bit tight, but in our experience there are always open spaces. It’s always quick to get in and out, and there is almost never a wait. Highly recommend this dispensary!

Oregrown is great! Their budtenders were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to direct me to some good options for prerolls I was looking for and found me the shirt I wanted in the right size. The kicker though was that they had Pay By Bank for their in-store check out and not just online. It was a game changer. Checkout was super easy and I didn't have to get cash from an ATM or anything.
