Great staff great prices, but do u guys actually keep all ur dabs in chilled storage or just the samples? because when I bought a couple grams they were fresh but pulled from a droor on the counter not the giant fridge case which they were displayed in which would have been preferred, still decent stuff but why keep display stuff in temp control and then have the actual product come from a non temp controlled environment?
This lady was a true blessing. She was friendly, engaging and added a personal elements to our communitie's establishment. ( interpersonal skills ) ( humanitarian effort ) ( trauma in formed and woke.) You can always count on her to turn your frown upside down. I can say, she made this sunshine on a cloudy day. 🌞 "For real. Its cloudy." 😁
Have been regular customers for last 10 years. While at store on 11/28 my husband, who had bladder surgery about a month ago, asked to use restroom as it was an urgent matter, we were told no and refused to make exception even after we explained situation. We left without purchasing anything and won't be returning since we don't appreciate being treated this way. You should be aware Oregon has a restroom accessibility act and you were violating it by not allowing use of your restroom to a customer with medical need.
My first time in the shop. Kierstynn, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Being a locally owned and operated dispensary with local family owned farms I feel good about purchasing product from Cannabend. Great selection helpful, knowledgeable staff.
