I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years now, and this is my personal experience. There are good, bad, and average employees — I won’t go into too much detail there — but some employees I tip every time I’m there, while others I simply don’t. I have good reasons behind those decisions. Simply put: train your employees. Set clear prices, including discounted (happy hour) prices, and make sure all employees on all shifts understand those price points. This confusion is exactly why some employees don’t get tips from me. I’m sure you make up for those missed tips with the differences in cost at the end of the day when you’re working, though. 😉 Advice to consumers: only buy products with factory seals, like zip-lock type seals. I suspect product tampering is a big issue at Tulsa House of Fire. I buy a specific brand and have been for two years, purchasing it from five or six different retailers. I’ve never had an issue with this specific product when buying from Mango Cannabis, Okie OG, Skunks Den, Medicated, CAM Cannabis, or Re-Up. However, about one out of every eight purchases from THOF has an issue. Most of the time, I don’t even bother addressing it. The one time I did complain, the staff wouldn’t replace the item. It’s frustrating to waste time calling, and even worse when you waste time and gas going back to the store for the replacement you were offered, only to be told they can’t replace it. It’s always the same product, and the seal looks generic — I suspect it’s being bypassed using a little bit of heat. I’m not directly accusing anyone, but after buying this product daily for two years from multiple retailers, THOF is the only place I’ve ever had quality control issues. Maybe your supply chain is broken — I don’t know. But I will no longer waste money at your establishment, and I simply cannot recommend the products you sell.

Came by for the 4/20 deal and it was great! They gave us a goodie bag with some candy and what’s in the tin also a little cardboard rolling tray for the day! They also gave us some ice cream sandwiches and were super nice and helpful! Like the service keep it up! Also they were running some decent discounts!
