I went in on a Sunday afternoon 3pm....I was the only person in there. I showed my driver's license and omma card...it took her a while to get my info in the computer, I don't know what that was about, maybe a program that is not user friendly..I noticed they had a special for new patients ( they had these flyers all over the place) I asked about that while she was entering my info, and the budtender said 'oh yea.....but we are out ' ( out of what they were advertising for new patients), so i asked if there could be a substitute, she said ' we don't do substitute'. (Why even have the flyers out....idk). I had inquired about flower, that I wanted something with high terpenes. She began rattling off what they had...that the highest terps in the house was 1.99%. She had said their inventory was down due to being closed and they were expecting more flower. I took a pre-roll, I picked 1 for 5$- All Star Cannibis ( 44.19% with 2.36% terpenes). When I got home, I tried smoking it ( it was so poorly rolled, that I had to re-roll it, when I took it apart it did not look or smell good. After smoking it, I was very disappointed. It did not feel like it had 2.36% terps....the whole experience took way too long....it was a very janky dispensary....
