They didn’t seem to be very engaged with customers and appeared uninterested in providing assistance. There was no sense of enthusiasm or warmth, which made the shopping experience feel a bit cold. I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer, which unfortunately impacted my overall impression of the place.
