Re-Up Cannabis Dispensary

I’d been a loyal customer for nearly three years and typically make regular, higher value purchases. Recently, staff had been recommending low quality products (Rockstars, TurntUp, Spartan Fire) despite being familiar with my usual preferences. In addition, policies seem random and made up on the fly, such as restrictions on phone use. Policy enforcement has been inconsistent depending on who is working. There are many other dispensaries that offer higher quality products and consistent service, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience used to be great. i would have rated this establishment 5 stars if they had never hired the new woman and male staff. They are not properly informed of the rules and make them up as they go. for example i had my wallet in my hand, which is my phone case, and they told me to put it away or leave. But the patient next to me was using their phone to take pictures of the product? how is that allowed but grabbing my wallet to hand the med card over not? That’s only one example of several instances of rules made up on the go. They are higher priced than others but they used to be worth it due to the quality and respectfulness. Now they’re not worth the extra expense. They also recommended me products that they knew were trash but just wanted to sell it anyway. i’ve spent thousands here and tipped hundreds. Other dispensaries are way more friendly and professional. i won’t be returning, especially after they doubled down on the disrespect the last time i shopped.

Went on my birthday called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted and the cost out the door which i was told would be $120otd. So thats what I brought. When I got there they had me spin the birthday wheel which landed on some cart they didn't have so they told me to spin again. I then landed on a 1000mg gummy that they also said they didn't have it then landed on a 100mg gummy which they had. So I was cheated out out of the better spins rather than given something equal value. Then went to check out and was informed I had $5 reward i thought great I'll have $5 extra. He then told me the total was $125 and some change. I asked why I was told $120 before the reward points. He said a guy told me wrong and that he tried to correct him but was too late. I know for a fact they could have called me back. He refused to make it right so I left with nothing and will never go back. I have spent thousands of dollars here and they decided to lose a customer forever based on a lie they told me and refused to make it right. There are far to many dispensaries to not treat loyal customers right

Mad Love for reup and the smoke shop they own as well! Best deals and product when it comes to medication on the dispensary side. The smoke shop side, i googled a piece i bought curious of the online price and theyre selling it cheaper than the website itself for a single one. I understand buying in bulk but theyre still giving a heck of a hook up. Mad respect. Thank you guys!
