Worst customer service. I reported them for not putting my stickers on my products and for the multiple times I've walked in and no one was at the check in leading a bunch of us to just walk onto the sales floor. 0/5 if I could. Don't waste your time and rewards terrible customer service when other dispos are willing to do the job and actually care.
Fantastic staff and an enjoyable experience every time. Fair prices and they try to always help you get the most goods you can with the money you want to spend!
The staff are great. There’s just not enough. I’m not sure if it’s management or corporate keeping staff away. A delivery can make it a stand still because they move the people helping customers to the delivery, so you sit. Our dispensary did 10x the business and wait times were never long. 3 out of 10 staff and location are great . Prices and management of said staff bring it down to mediocre.

Unhappy with my service. New customers are required to be there exactly 30 minutes or more before closing otherwise they’re sent away, even if it’s 5 minutes and the order I placed online was fulfilled (literally bagged and ready). I know my information would need to be put in the system, but I’m surprised it would take them 25 minutes to do so.
