Finally some place that is as fun as it should be! Of course everything is still by the book, the decor and music give the vibe you want when relaxing. The staff is also all so personable and welcoming. I am into gummies, especially CBD. They have the best selection in Dayton by far!

Certified Dispensary just lost a long-time customer over sheer incompetence and zero accountability. I used their drive-thru, did exactly what they instruct you to do, and placed my cash in their payment box. Because the setup is so poorly designed, the money literally blew away in the wind and disappeared. Gone. Not because I was careless — because their system is a joke. What did management do? Absolutely nothing. Instead of taking responsibility for a clearly flawed drive-thru process, the manager basically shrugged and told me it wasn’t their problem. No apology. No attempt to help. No effort to make it right. Just a cold, dismissive attitude toward someone who has spent thousands of dollars there. If you’re going to operate a cash-heavy drive-thru business, maybe design it so customers’ money doesn’t blow into the parking lot. And if something goes wrong because of your setup, maybe don’t treat loyal customers like they’re disposable. Customer service here is nonexistent when it actually matters. They’re happy to take your money -- just don’t expect them to care what happens to it. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this place with your business.

I Love it here. The staff is always extremely polite and highly informative. The quality levels are unmatched and the consistency is enough to make me want to invest in some stocks. Keep improving and they will keep proving there worth. The name "Certified" says it all.

Always convenient, always gets in the freshest of items and the staff are absolutely wonderful! The drive-thru is the icing on the cake!! Excellently managed and professionalism at its best!!

Very nice and friendly people. First time here and got a lot of help. They were able to check the expiration date for me on specific products. Pricing a little higher than expected, but I guess they have to pay for this nice facility somehow. Lots of variety but lacks sodas(actually they said they sell out right after the get them in)
