I stopped by the store today expecting a quick in‑and‑out errand, but I definitely wasn’t expecting the highlight to be my checkout experience. The cashier who helped me was not only incredibly friendly and professional, but she had the kind of warm smile that can turn an ordinary day into a great one. She made the process smooth, chatted just enough to make it feel personal, and had a genuinely charming energy that made me hope the line would move a little slower. Outstanding customer service—with bonus points for brightening my afternoon more than she probably realizes. If every checkout was like that, I’d be inventing excuses to come back more often 😉

Great quality goods but Roam should list the actual prices of their products on their website. Not the 20% less we all see when visiting the site. A $64 product on the website actually costs $75.50 when checking out. Credit/debit/bankltax fees are all understandable but the lack of transparency on Roam's behalf is not. Roam needs to get a better job of representing costs on their website. Prepare to pay 20% more, whoever reads this.

I love Roam! I usually order online, the drive thru is super convenient. Brandon was my budtender this past visit, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products. My order was ready before the promised time, I went through the line and had product in hand under 5 minutes

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, and this place always stands out — mostly because of the people. Shoutout to my Donovan who really knows his stuff and actually takes the time to listen instead of rushing you through. He’s knowledgeable without being pushy, explains the differences between strains and products clearly, and always makes solid recommendations based on what you’re actually looking for — whether that’s flavor, effects, or just something reliable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience, not just the sale. If you’re new or experienced, you’ll feel comfortable here. Great vibes, great products, and top-tier service. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for him.
