I happened to be in the area yesterday so I decided to check this place out. I'm so glad that I did! They had great customer service, good prices, quick service time and excellent products. I highly recommend!
Zoey has always been most helpful and informative while I’ve been at your business. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and always very professional. She makes the experience of coming there a wonderful one.
They started removing peoples points without telling anyone. Tons of people lost thousands of points and the employees response is we never were even told this was happening. Saved up thousands of points, specifically going every 90 days to keep points just to see them all gone overnight. Terrible business practice, huge bait and switch. Since points have monetary value it seems to me the employees should have known, or they should have let people know what was happening. I will no longer refer people to this spot, story, uplift, Columbia care, and sunny side are all much better options at this point as they keep their customers and employees in the loop and don’t bait and switch their loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars in their stores.
Brand new to dispensaries, chose this one to be my first one ever. What an exciting experience, all staff were super friendly and helpful since this was so nerve wracking. They were sold out of one item I wanted to try out, but the budtenders helped me find something comparable. I didn't mind if it was a different price! Another customer who was also in at the same time as me had a similar situation and left a nasty review that was just very untrue, so I had to jump on here and say something. The budtenders are very thorough at their job and go over everything with you, even if an item is sold out and what you can replace it with and verify with you what the price is. You're not leaving not knowing what you got *Just remember your order wasn't filled wrong, they let you know of any issues and YOU verify the product before leaving. It's YOUR decision to leave with what you left with:) *
Highly recommend Ethos. Staff member Zoe always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied with my purchase. Her customer service is always excellent and her knowledge on the product is even better. The entire staff at this location is amazing. Best dispo in this area.
