Off The Charts - Dispensary in Dayton

This dispensary is right by my house and my first experience went well. The lady was nice and professional. I’m also a cannabis industry worker myself at a different dispensary so we conversed about that and what not. Second time I came in, same thing. I always leave a tip, I’m always kind, this dispensary knows who I am. However, I put an order in to be picked up and showed up five minutes before closing and they would not fill my order. If your hours say you are open until 9 PM you need to be open until 9 PM or that’s false advertisement. I know how it goes, you’ve worked your butt off all day and you wanna go home but, your advertising that you are open until 9 PM so legally, you have to stay open until 9 PM. At my dispensary, we understand that sometimes people work different hours, and people are in all different areas of their life, you don’t know what the next person is going through, so if someone walks in at two minutes till, we absolutely serve them with a smile. Because even though we work in the industry, we are also consumers and this dispensary needs to keep that in mind. DONT SAY YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 9PM IF YOU ARENT GOING TO STAY TRUE TO THAT. Everybody in this world who works wants to go home a little early, but you HAVE to stay and do your job until the exact hour you have advertised and on your website. Per law. Very disappointed in this unfair experience.

Michael was a Great budtender! Very nice guy, Once he found out the flavor profile I liked he recommended a few products, very informative. Definitely makes picking things out easy. I look forward to coming back and very eager to try other products.

Cool little spot. I found a unique glass bong set up at an amazing price. The 2 girls working there are knowledgeable about the Marijuana products they have. Its super stocked with products. They pretty much have it all. Enjoy 😉
