I honestly can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner. It’s actually because I was high as the moon lol. This place is exceptional. The staff are so wonderful and kind they all have such beautiful and fun personalities like Stoner care Bears! today when I went Double D helped me out. I’m not sure if he’s new but it was my first time meeting him and he was very funny and nice. This place is always 10 out of 10 and I love y’all so bad.💜💜💜
Everyone here is nice, selection is great. Their check in/ check out process sucks. Redundant questions before you can actually pick up your order. Ma’am the line is wrapped around the lobby & I see you every 3 days do you need to keep asking me if I’ve changed my phone number? No other dispensary makes the process so long.
The very nice older gentleman, who I’m positive has been to at least three Dead shows, was welcoming and quick about getting me checked in/sent back to Ken, who was also the sweetest and did not let me make a mistake with a duplicate order, but hooked me up with some deals instead. Very happy with my experience, can’t wait to be back with some trinkets for the trinket wall!
Carolyn was amazing. Selfishly and stupidly I had requested curbside pick up not thinking about the downpour that was happening. She made MULTIPLE trips out to my car and stood in the rain moving things around and fixing the shopping cart. She’s always super friendly when I’m there too. Great asset to your team.
Every time I come here, everyone is super nice and helpful. They start using my first name on the regular basis, and that makes me feel good and appreciated for being there. I manage another establishment and I have used this place as an example about how to make people feel good when they come into your business. There hasn’t been one single time I’ve been there where I didn’t feel appreciated. They definitely have customer service down packed. Then there’s the weed…..good deals good prices 😂😂😂
