Bought 2 disposables, one didn’t work and looked completely different than the picture online. Tried to return it and the staff behind the counter was very rude. Two woman belittled me and made me feel stupid even though it was their product not working. I had to ask for the manager multiple times and only then did I get a refund. Used the refund to buy a different cart and it still didn’t work. After my first experience I didn’t even try returning it. This place is an abomination to the cannabis industry

Staff was very knowledgeable about the way things work in the drive through tonight. Appreciated the knowledge and the help. Very friendly. Veteran discount is very awesome. THANK YOU for having that discount. Some people are talking about prices on here. You just gotta watch for the sales and make it worth your time. I've been spoiled too with friend pricing and things like that in life. But everyone has to understand this is a business. And they have things to take care of. The prices on the things I purchased were very reasonable. My purchases were on sale.

Been going here for a while and they all of a sudden cant keep pens in stock let alone ones that are good or affordable. Update gave a week before checking again. Now they only have ub good pens which are ok but not full grams I dont understand how and why its so hard for them to get stocked up on pens. Other dispensary has 200 plus options. Overall stock was kept up with better when they were in the shipping container!

I like the place but until they get their pricing game together, I can't in good conscience give a better rating. Today for instance, their lowest price 10th is $25. $25? Are you kidding me? Yeah, I think I'll be going to Ravenna to pay $14. It's worth the extra drive to get way more because I can afford to buy more because the prices are lower. Now if consume wants to go ahead and offer a daily 14 dollar options like the place in Ravenna does then I can start going there instead. Honestly, $14 is too much. It should not be weird to offer a $10 jar. Ravenna does it from time to time but not nearly offer enough. Consume never, to the best of my knowledge, has offered a $10 jar. And until you will get your prices down you are basically worthless to me. I will only come to consume when I'm desperate because I don't want to pay those greedy prices. Sorry guys, I want to be a regular customer but you got to meet me halfway. Consider finding a way to offer jars for $12 on a regular basis and I will become a regular customer and I will start buying 5 jars at a time.

Visited and the staff was awesome, the temporary location was clean and nicer than expected. Excited to see the permanent building finished. I hope regular sales and prices stay affordable in the expensive Ohio medical program.
