Staff is amazing. Never had a bad experience. 6-stars if I could... ;-)

They are friendly and helpful, and I love the product but, all the flower I buy is dried out and I just feel that they're conditions for storing are not up to par.

Pure Dakota Bismarck took care of the damaged product that I bought from the Minot Dispensary. Also, Bismarck sells most of their Pure Dakota products way cheaper than Minot. When I arrived at Pure Dakota Bismarck, they took care of my damaged product with a new one. Jake and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I have never had a company treat me to more than what I deserved. I am very humbled, and i will never forget what Jake and his staff have done for me. The staff treated me great & they carry plenty of accessories as well. I'm not much of a Sativa guy. But the Sativa GMO 27% THC Pure Dakota Flower is Dark in color & the Buds are very Crystallized. It is also a very smooth strain to smoke. It also has a nice sweet smell to it. I also forgot to mention that the staff gave me this nice Pure Dakota Health tote bag. It has 3 large pockets in the front of the tote bag. Pretty cool bag to fill with your Cannabis products & go out for a drive in the country or if you like mountains? You can fill up your tote bag & go climb into a cave as well. Very nice people at Pure Dakota Health of Bismarck North Dakota. Thanks to Bismarck Pure Dakota Health & their great points program. Very disappointed in website quality i placed an order and i got there 5 minutes before my reserved time and still didn't get what i ordered, its almost an hour drive for me. If you ordered something wouldn’t you expect to get the item you ordered only to drive an hour and have to choose an item you didn’t even want but it would be a waste of time to not get anything. I had to get a lesser quality strain, (tastes like dirt) compared to a higher quality strain. Please find a way to link or scan out items from the website as orders reserve them . Please get someone better suited to grow, if everyone is paying these ridiculous prices we should all be able to get good.weed it shouldn’t be some ditch weed.

This was my first visit to this dispensary, and new the whole process in general. The staff was exceptionally friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and just importantly: personable. Very clean facility both inside and out. The parking lot was a bit narrow between the two rows of spaces, which makes maneuvering a larger vehicle a little tricky but not impossible. The lobby was clean, and the lady behind the counter was nice and efficient. The opaque windows do nothing to help shield your eyes from the afternoon sun. There were 4 other people waiting and I was there for maybe 5 minutes before I was called back; barely enough time to finish the new customer paperwork. The young lady that helped me (I apologize I don't remember the name) was very nice and pleasant. She knew what she was talking about, and confident in her knowledge. She helped me figure out what I needed and got me out of there at a speed that was just right for me. Overall, exactly what I would have expected. If there was a competitor in the area I honestly wouldn't even bother checking them out. I'm grateful for that, because if it were a bad experience, it would make every trip a dread at the end of an hours long car ride. Thanks Pure Dakota! 🤘
