Mary is such a sweetheart Everybody here is very knowledgeable and very willing to help. They are not overbearing and will let you browse without pestering you. The products are usually pretty good - amazing.

Amy is the best! She really takes time to explain the products and truly help the customer! On top of that she is so knowledgeable and kind.

Amazing selection and pricing. I went in on my birthday looking for a little something fun and chloe didn’t fail to jump in and help, showing me one of her favorite products which was fantastic! Glad I decided to stop in 😊

Chloe help me find some new eddies to try, she was so kind and educating me on all the different brands they carry. The card reader was being difficult for us, but she still was being so kind and helpful even though it was probably frustrating for her lol. 11/10 Chloe is the best budtener I’ve had! :)

I was really starting to enjoy this place. Was very impressed with the amount of products that you guys have and the staff is really quite wonderful. Which makes it hard to even leave a negative review but I think other consumers need to be well aware. If you buy a vape device from them, they have a 48 hour policy but if anything goes wrong in that 48 hours you can come back and they’ll take care of it but after 48 hours, they completely wash their hands of any of the issues with a device. I spent $100 on a 2 g House of SACCI vape that was highly recommended by one of the budtenders. The vape didn’t even work for maybe a day I work so I was busy so when I called two days later, I was told there’s nothing they could do for me because it was past The 48 hour window. Which I also had no knowledge of nor did I see any postings in their store advising of such policy Which to me seems very unreasonable there’s no way that somebody could completely smoke or utilize a two gram vape in 48 hours. I essentially threw away $100 and unfortunately I can no longer do business there and I just want other consumers who purchase vapes to probably not buy them from there because if something goes wrong, you will literally be throwing your money away even though they have me in their system when I bought it and the product I bought there they are not willing to help me. The advice was to blow into the charging hall and they wished me luck. I live in the same town I frequent there and they lost a customer over $100 which is essentially their product failed me they may want to rethink their policy on vapes because it doesn’t seem realistic at all or just stop selling them. If you can’t support the product you sell is also a good thought. Don’t have your bud tenders. Recommend the most expensive vape and then have another bud tender tell me two days later oh, we have a lot of problems with that vape you have to blow in the charging hole. just not a good way to do business.
