Great place! Staff very nice and knowledgeable. You need a nys medical cert that can be purchased online quickly. No tax due then. High grade product. Good prices. Highly recommend!
The Good : Friendly staff Quality products Nice atmosphere Fair prices. The bad. They are too slow. Placed an order ahead at 1pm. Arrived at 3pm. Order was not ready. Place was packed. I had to wait an additional 30 mins in the waiting area to pick up my order. Hire more staff !!!
Olivia is one of my favorite people all the girls are great. The attention to details knowing what we like. Also the love they all have for our dog Bronx who loves them so much is amazing.
