Not a bad place I just wish the product wasn’t so dry. Every time I grind it, it’s pretty much powder
This place baffles me used to be the best now they can’t even keep more than 2 statins in stock.. maybe they shouldn’t have built 15 locations without having the stock for it… I’d hope whoever is running the collective is losing his job cause they blew it.
Anytime you have to show your ID more than 1 time for what should be a simple transaction, it provides an extremely unpleasant experience for the customer. My 1 star rating is being generous as they don't even deserve that. There may be a strain or 2 that are decent but the majority of what they sell is trash with high prices. Definitely shop elsewhere if you are looking for a pleasant experience, competitive prices and good product, because you will not get that at Verona Collective.
Easily the best dispensary I have visited while in the U.S. on our way to Pittsburgh from Canada we stopped there. Surprising prices for the quality, particularly in the U.S. The staff was super accommodating considering they needed to scan our ID's which didn't work, so use your passport if you're out of the U.S. After that, the staff was nice and suggested us strains we hadn't tried before and gave us solid pointers on what to buy. If I'm in the area again, I'm 100% stopping by again !
I purchased online order. Made the 40 minute drive, was perplexed that the also have a Route 31 location that is a bit closer. Fast friendly service. Order was ready upon arrival, was able to add an additional item with no added wait time. I am not a consumer of the flower but the purchase was liked and pricing competitive.
