Hibernica New York - Bronx NY State Licensed Adult-Use Recreational Dispensary

Lately I have found that there is always an issue with ordering products online when I go to pick them up that is really diminishing my experience with Hibernica. Whether it be because they don't have the item in stock though I've received a confirmation email, the staff thinking they don't have the item in stock but finding it after looking because it was in the wrong place, or continually asking me for payment though I go there weekly (though it's the same staff and I always pay through Dutchie), it makes me dread having to go there. I've been dealing because I intentionally buy local instead of from a name brand store like Travel Agency but having an issue every single time is making me reconsider.

Hibernica Dispensary is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispensary in the Bronx. The space is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Sarah was especially amazing — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained different products clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my choices without any pressure. You can tell she truly cares about helping customers find what works best for them. The whole team is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere feels comfortable whether you’re new or experienced. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The BEST customer service ever! The selection is great (suburb menu). The shop is lively, fun, & has a terrific vibe. Everything is displayed nicely & well lighted. The staff-AMAZING! Please make sure you visit and MOST definitely ask for Chef, Kay & Kale. They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and extremely detailed. I really appreciate their helpfulness & recommendations. Super on point! I highly recommend this dispensary. This place will NOT disappoint. 💯 gem status! Run don’t walk - highly recommended!

Kay was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made great recommendations that fit my needs perfectly. Kay made the whole experience comfortable and easy, and her customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to be helped by her again!
