An exceptional experience, from scheduling, to communication (reminders), ease in completing information on the portal. My appointment today with Sara W. was also exceptional. Sara is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, understanding, and kind. I am looking forward to having the Ghaly Sleep Center manage all of my future needs.

She was extremely personable, funny and made great recommendations. My wife and i are having a rough day with my mom and having surgery. She took the time to listen and chat. We ended up going with a complete surpise and her choice. Great job. We will be back!!

Around 1:30 AM, a tall female employee recommended the "Munchies" brand to me. The product came in clear plastic packaging, which should have been my first red flag—who stores cannabis in clear plastic? When I got home and tried it, the quality was terrible. The packaging showed only 19% THC, and the buds were underdeveloped with little to no potency. I ended up throwing it out that same night. For comparison, I went to **Thrive on Erie Blvd** and got significantly better value: 1 oz of the "Leal" brand for $122 (tax included)—similar price point but 30% THC, properly packaged, and much higher quality. That purchase lasted me almost 2 weeks. **Bottom Line:** Dazed seems more focused on charging premium prices for convenience rather than providing quality products at competitive prices. Their inventory turnover appears low, resulting in old, low-quality cannabis. I strongly recommend going to Thrive on Erie Blvd instead for better prices and far superior product quality. ---

This was my first visit to this store. Layla was super friendly and just a whole vibe all herself. She was informative and I left without feeling lost. Service was amazing! Not a single complaint. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌 I will be returning soon!

I came inside to buy Live Rosin edibles. I didn’t see any on the kiosk, so I asked the sales rep if there were any. Her and her other colleague said yes, and they gave me the gummies. Not thinking anything of it, I purchased it, and trusted their expertise. 2 minutes later, I noticed it was a live resin instead of rosin. No big deal, so I asked for my money back. I wasn’t able to get a refund at the time due to a manager not being onsite (it was late), but she made it sound like it was my fault. She said I had the product in my hand, so I should have read it…bro…you’re supposed to be the informed one. Don’t blame the customer for not looking at it when you TOLD me it was something else. Professionalism is more than just having a calm demeanor and explaining store policies. You can apologize and say you’re sorry. Just admit you were wrong. Terrible customer service
