We came from Canada. All of their staff was pleasant and very helpful. We miscommunicated something and accidentally bought the wrong product. They gave us a freebie to make sure we could use the vape and enjoy our purchase. I'd give 10 stars if I could
I’ve been going to madame Jane for a while now and they’re always so great. The other day I bought a New York honey all in one vape and the same day I dropped it and shattered it 🥲 luckily I told them what happened and although they couldn’t replace the exact pen I bought they gave me a comparable one gram cart on the house! They were so kind and understanding about it and I’m sooo grateful. Definitely my favorite dispo in the area 🫶🏼
