About High Peaks Canna Inc

Located on Maple Ave in Saratoga Springs, NY, High Peaks Canna Inc is a smaller cannabis store with a polarizing reputation. Some regulars swear by the staff recommendations and the prices, calling out repeat positive visits. Others have flagged frustrations with parking enforcement, especially the strict fire-lane policy that has caught a few customers off guard. So manage expectations on the parking situation, but the in-store experience is generally well reviewed. The shop carries a solid product mix and the team tends to know it well. With 146 reviews and a 4.2 rating, feedback skews positive but isn't uniformly glowing. Hours are generous: 10 AM to 9 PM most days, with Friday and Saturday extended to 10 PM and Sunday closing at 6 PM. Going early in the day means easier parking and a calmer floor. For Saratoga Springs cannabis shoppers who want a smaller, more personal dispensary rather than a big-box vibe, this place is worth trying.

It was a nice smaller spot went early in the day parking wasn’t bad. Staff was all friendly and everyone knew what they were doing it just felt off for a first time going there.

I went to this location to grab a disposable and the inside was awesome, it resembled a recording studio at the bud bar and the staff was incredibly friendly. Prices were solid. I'll return.

High Peaks Canna really let me down. They seem to buy old product from cultivators and resell it at a higher price. The flower I bought was very dry and clearly past its prime. On top of that, the staff came across as rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the trip — plenty of other dispensaries have fresher products and better service.

Surprised by some of the negative reviews. I've never had anything but a pleasant experience with the entire staff. They're always incredibly helpful and have given me some wonderful recommendations. I get the parking lot isn't desirable but as someone who grew up in a major city, the tow sign is a right of passage for me! Find the prices pretty reasonable compared to some other stores in the Capitol Region so not sure about those comments either?

Every time I go to this store I park my electric bike on the side of the building as I am disabled, And I am always asked to move the bike because of the fire lane. Even though it's only a bicycle in can be easily moved in the event of a fire or emergency which is quite ridiculous. I also noticed they like to tow cars if for whatever reason you would like to visit the O'Brien Inn they clearly have a sign there that tell you if you want to enjoy your meal and you park there your car will be towed and you can pick it up at the tow lot which I think is quite offensive that they kind of throw a comic gesture in that you can enjoy your dinner but you'll pick your car up later after you pay a tow fee. I won't patronize this place anymore because there are other cannabis stores in the Capitol district without those restrictions.
