Loved this spot! I live across the street and I’m hype they’re right here, I got excellent customer service and just good vibes, they got pretty much every brand and great prices, they also threw me a complementary gummies with my cart! Shout out high road!
I stopped by High Road recently and had an amazing experience. The customer service was top-tier from the moment I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and really took their time helping me pick out what I needed. On top of that, they showed real appreciation by throwing in some free merch — which was a dope surprise. The Stiiizy package was definitely a solid plug. It’s always great when a shop goes above and beyond instead of just making a sale. Much respect to the High Road team. I’ll definitely be back and recommending them to others.
I had seen this place while driving on the LIE, and last night decided to finally check it out. I am so glad I did! The customer service was absolutely fantastic and the owners were very knowledgeable about the products. They were also extremely kind and welcoming. They had a great selection of products and it was only their second day open! I’m sure I can expect great things from them and look forward to being a long-term customer!
