it was my first time here, and it was taking me a little while to go through the self checkout. Racquel was kind enough to let me know it would be easier checking out with her which was super helpful. she was incredibly kind & i’m definitely making this my go to spot!! great customer service & a decent selection of carts & edibles

I can’t say enough great things about Racquel at Herbarium in Ridgewood, Queens. She is truly an excellent employee who goes above and beyond for every customer that walks through the door. From the moment you step in, she greets you with positive energy and a genuine smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. Racquel is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for. Whether you have questions or need recommendations, she explains everything clearly and never rushes the process. It’s obvious she cares about giving people the best experience possible. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and consistently good spirit make every visit more of a pleasure than it already is. Employees like Racquel are a big reason why people keep coming back. If you get the chance to work with her, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience at this Dispensary in Ridgewood, Queens. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of products. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Racquel was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and make recommendations based on what I was looking for. She made the whole experience easy and welcoming, especially if you’re someone who appreciates guidance when choosing products. It’s clear the staff here really care about helping customers find the right fit.

This place rules. They’ve got a great selection and super knowledgeable sales people. Racquel helped me and was so kind and lovely. They shared their experience with the edibles I was looking at and helped me ring up using their system Stronghold which makes it so that you don’t have to use just cash or debit! So helpful since I didn’t have either. Will be coming back, and they’re right down the street from us too!
