This place is great and has a lot of variety and top of the line products too! So happy it opened up near my house. The staff are all very knowledgable and friendly. Joey is the best and his customer service is unparalleled!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! 12/13 bought heavy hitters vape.. 12/16 called shop to find out replacement policy because vape was not working.. I was informed I needed my receipt and was given troubleshooting advice to fix the vape.. 12/22 went in to exchange and was informed of new policy of only 7 day window to replace vape.. I’m out 120 because they couldn’t inform me of new policy even though I asked about the policy.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! SHOP WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE AND WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.. TOO MANY OPTIONS TO BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE CROOKS
