⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Sean at Grounded was STELLAR. I’m currently recovering from surgery, and my mother is completely new to this world. Sean went above and beyond to make sure we both felt comfortable and informed. Not only did he clearly know the products inside and out, but he really listened to us. When he realized my mom was a beginner, he immediately focused on recommending something low-dose but effective, something that wouldn’t overwhelm or scare someone new to it. At the same time, he also made thoughtful recommendations to help with my pain and post-surgery discomfort, making sure the options matched both of our different tolerance levels. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering we needed products for two completely different needs. Sean was incredibly well-spoken, calm, patient, and informative, and he made sure we left knowing exactly what we were getting and how to use it. I’ve always loved coming to Grounded, but this experience made me appreciate it even more. Sean truly made the visit exceptional. Safe to say you’ve got a regular customer from me!

Grounded is a great place to shop for your favorite cannabis products. I was seeking some quality flower on a slim budget and Milton was a tremendous help! He was honest and knowledgeable about many of the options available. I was excited to try some new brands in my price range. I’ve been a frequent customer of Grounded since it opened and today was the first time I was assisted by Kat. She was absolutely wonderful - immediately greeting us cheerfully as we entered the space! She made excellent product recommendations thoroughly understood what I was looking for and shared her personal experience with a product. I’d give her 100 stars if I could - she’s an assets to this organization!

Yes, it is new but with the noticeable heavy traffic, they have a very clean store. The salt room was very inviting, especially since my sinuses are terrible. They had a wealth of products, different name brands and either something was in the air or they had smile stuck on their face, ready to answer all my questions and had plenty of suggestions, although I did not have the gumption to buy anything that day I will be back ready to purchase.
