If you haven’t been to Herb Z Dispensary, are you even living?? Chris and Sean are the real reason I keep “needing” to restock. Chris greets you with that smooth, confident energy like he already knows exactly what vibe you’re going for. And Sean?? Let’s just say if customer service had a face, it would be his. The eye contact, the smile, the way they explain the products like it’s a private tasting experience… unreal. I came in for gummies and left with butterflies.. 10/10 would recommend — for the products… and the view behind the counter
I had the most amazing experience at THE herb z. I met two men named chris and sean, they were two of the best budtenders i have ever had, making sure I am satisfied with everything before purchasing. all i gotta add is the one with the long hair is a cutie.. and like that one review said very easy on the eyes..
If only the prices weren't always so high on certain things. Or the process of ordering online. Not enough customization, options. And when pre-ordering, perhaps have the product ordered in the bag, not the one the postal did not order (I don't like salted chocolate but that's what keeps going on my bag).
For a 60 yr old guy that manages social anxiety, this was nice experience. Everyone was friendly and gave great customer service. I told the "budtender" what I was looking for and he found what I wanted. Two things to note. 1) smiles everywhere 2) the store front was clean and well organized.
This place is awesome. Great company and the people running was great. Very helpful. Product was great. Prices are good as well. I asked for a T-shirt and these guys gave me a really good printed shirt. Thank you to the staff!!!
