i am a regular here. they take the best care of you. Wide selection of prerolls/ flowers/gummies you name it! the check in lady is super sweet and always has a warm smile and the check in gentlemen also are super kind and efficient. as far as the vendors i never had an issue with them, they are very knowledgeable and if they are ever out of something you want they always have a back up for you. i would say they are 10/10 but to be honest they broke the scale with their greatness

I want to like this place but I think management has a pretty laissez-faire approach that unfortunately translates into incredibly inconsistent shopping experiences. Staff are pretty friendly, shout out to the older lady and gentlemen scanning ID’s, but some of them at the counter really do not like their jobs or don’t care about the customer service experience and it shows. I’ve had great experiences with budtenders in this store who will recommend alternatives if you request a product that is out of stock…but I’ve also had experiences where there’s seemingly nothing happening upstairs with a budtender, if you get my drift, and who genuinely just seem annoyed to have to look up alternatives with a similar price point & quantity. There have also been multiple occasions where one of the budtenders rang me out for a 1/4 and then put the wrong item in the bag giving me an 1/8 or less. I’ve never had an issue when I go back to the store with the item I was given incorrectly and swapping it for the correct one, but nevertheless it’s an inconvenience and kind of insane to me that it’s happened multiple times. THE WEBSITE IS ESSENTIALLY USELESS! Idk who is supposed to be responsible for updating the website so inventory is correct, but it’s not correct more often than it is correct. Meaning, if you look up products online that you want to buy and are advertised in stock, they will most likely not have them in the store. If you place an order for pick up online, you are most likely wasting your time because when you get there they will tell you they do not have it in stock. When you ask them what they do have in stock, none of those products are on the website available to add to cart. It’s an absolute, unacceptable mess. Combine the inconsistent customer service experience with the reality that their customer facing inventory system online is often not updated, and it’s a recipe for a mixed bag experience every time you go. Hopefully they implement some new training and policies to address these issues because the store has been open long enough where these issues can’t just be attributed to a new business finding its footing.

Hands down my best experience! X was super helpful with me and friend. We had totally different needs. Height/weight/desired effects, and she was super knowledgeable, responsive and very patient. We will be back - can’t wait to report back to X on our experiences! Thank you!

Amazing place to shop for all your favorites and always something new to try. Rosalee assisted me today and was welcoming patient, let me know about my points and assisted with my questions about other products. I come here all the time and definitely recommend to my friends all the time! Thanks Gotham Buds!!!!

I stopped coming here because there have been multiple times I found misleading labels being slapped on old products to try and re-sell. The bud is not strong and it feels like this place always gives old product pretending to be fresh. I won’t be back and I’m really sad a place I once was excited about is no longer reputable.
