Awesome shop. The staff is very friendly and super helpful when we asked for suggestions. The display was bright and loved the touchscreen displays in case you dont want to chat all the info is at your fingertips. We will definitely be back just because of the vibe alone
My fiance and I stopped at Canna Planet on our way to our Cabin vacay. What a place! All sorts of strains available and the staff was very helpful with their recommendations. They were patient and eager to show us their new stock. Probably the best experience Ive ever had in a flower shop!
I posted a 5-star review earlier this year, but I felt an update was warranted. Every staff member I've interacted has been incredibly nice and helpful. Each one also seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which suggests the owner/management cultivates a positive environment (whether through attitude, attention to staffing needs, smart hiring, etc.) or maybe it's just the fact they're surrounded by the devil's lettuce all day). I don't actually know who the owner is, but I've worked enough places to know that service always ends up being impacted eventually if management sucks. Also, the sheer amount and variety of stock they're able to provide in a store that size is crazy. I picked up an order on 12/24 during a holiday promotion and they gave me a surprisingly generous free bag of swag and a cheeseburger. It was a Christmas miracle. *That's* how it's done, Hallmark.
