Be very aware of what the price is when you order online because you will be charged higher than the online price; then when you ask, the young man or lady will change their face into one of those “idk” faces and just print out the receipt which will show you exactly the lie of their online price yet will do nothing about it. I don’t blame kids for being stupid bc that’s just what they are these days but they need an actual adult in there to fix their fake online price scam. Always ask to have the receipt printed and never trust what’s on the paper bag bc it will be the online receipt and not what you’ll actually be charged. Also to be fair, the person you will deal with at the counter is someone that everyone has had fatigue of so don’t expect to get very far whenever you have an issue. This place focuses on having chill atmosphere instead of a professional one. Spend your money elsewhere if you can and certainly don’t ever tip unless you like to just donate
Hello, I wanted to let you know that you’re doing a great job out there, even though your prices sometimes are a little high. I tend to like going here and I think the staff of bud tenders and security and very nice and knowledgeable and all seem to like having interactions with customers. You have some great employees. Please keep up the good work my stop today was fantastic, the bud tender was amazing (Kyler) and I was able to get assisted by (Kota) while Kyler was helping other customers.
Kyler and Breezy are the BEST budtenders in Orange County and are always a pleasure to shop with.
Staff is cordial and friendly. They are spot on with any advice or suggestions prices are in line with those in the region. I have have purchased flower, pre-rolls, hash and edibles, all are high quality and have been enjoyed.
