RISE Medical Cannabis Dispensary Long Beach

I had a great experience at this new dispensary! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very well organized. The staff was knowledgeable and took their time answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. A special shoutout to Brett, Ash, and Jordan — they were absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping in!

I would love to give them more, perhaps they cater more toward their own neighborhood. I consistently have issues with delivery times, booking delivery and delivery in general. Today I was told after I believe SEPTEMBER that the address is not correct and they could no longer deliver. Mind you I have had the same address on my last certificate as well … so for OVER a full year I have been getting deliver to this same address. However TODAY A SATURDAY… they are going to cancel the order until my address is corrected. It’s truly easier and less stressful to just go travel to RISE in MANHATTAN. These guys at Long Beach have EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. If you don’t want to deliver to certain neighborhoods, you should not include them on your delivery routes.

I love going to rise. It’s a small intimate Store that’s not loud or overwhelming. The staff is so nice and I am always greeted at the door with a smile. The service is fast and efficient. The product is fresh and the menu is versatile. Whenever I have questions, I never hesitate to ask someone there. Shout out to Mike and Ashton, who never fails to make me feel like a valued patient. I highly recommend going to rise for any of your needed products.
