Canna Planet is a great dispensary with a wide variety of selections. You can definitely find high quality products in the store and if you need assistance, the staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have been going to this dispensary for about 1 year and I have yet to have a bad experience. I highly recommend this store.
Since the day Canna Planet opened, they’ve been nothing but amazing. After moving back to Kingston, they’re honestly some of the best people I’ve gotten to know. The business itself is top-tier—professional, welcoming, and clearly run with care. Their products are excellent quality, and the staff is always friendly and incredibly informative. Huge shoutout to Brianna and Nick—those two are absolutely amazing. They take the time to help, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable every visit. I truly, truly appreciate them and everything they do. Highly recommend Canna Planet to anyone looking for quality products and even better people.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It's ALWAYS soooo nice to go in there. It's the best environment for anyone new or seasoned. It's always that very chill vibe. Everyone who works there is amazing. Everyone is always so helpful, so entertaining and easy to chat with.

Tried to order online and it failed. I called with no help and even poor advice. I was told I could order and pick up the next day. When I went to get my order, the product was no longer on their deals and they were rude and dismissive as to anything being their problem. Additional info. I placed 2 online orders. And another one after I spoke to someone. And I did get upset but for the right reasons. Your manager didn't listen, she just responded. And didn't care about what I said at all. Just negated my words immediately. I told her I placed an order for pickup for today pickup yesterday. I said that to the person on the phone too when I said I would place another order for tomorrow. Listening is a skill. And the answer may be different than the script. Just fyi. I am disappointed in most rec dispensaries. So you are not alone . But do better. Don't expect greatness. Except from a few brand names they have.
