At high points dispensary the workers are always diligent and kind to customers. Today I stopped by and was greeted at the door by Dillion and the bud tenders Keisha, Stacey and Colby were all very helpful in finding what I needed. The budtenders were very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I definitely recommend highpoints dispensary to anyone looking for quality cannabis products.

I want to start out by saying that I told them multiple times I'm looking for top shelf exotic flower with a good taste and they seemed so confident when suggesting one specific brand. Paid $56 for a 3.5 and it ended up being a year since it's been packaged, it was dry and had little to no smell and taste.

Bought one of my caregiver clients chocolates from here and they mellowed him out and helped with the pain. I didn’t know what to buy other than one Sativa chocolate for the day and one indica chocolate to guide him in to sleep. The bud tender dude helped pick out the best two options and my client loved the taste of the banana chocolate and the strawberry crunch chocolate the most and the peanut butter chocolate after. Always a great experience here. They simply provide swift great service every time. One time they had literal puppies and let the customers play with one of them. IMO Top 2 best dispensaries in the area, Just Breathe takes the cake.

Had a great experience there and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I accidentally dropped my wallet when I was leaving there and the owner and his son went above and beyond to help me. I am a disabled person and suffer from a lot of pain. I went into High Points Dispensary in Geneva NY last week and asked the staff what edible they suggest for pain relief. I’ve attached photos to the product that I purchased, and I am very pleased with it. It helps the pain without getting too high from the THC. I highly recommend this dispensary to everyone as well as the product in the pictures HAPPY.
