Staff is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. They are very serious about making sure the customer leaves with exactly what they were looking for. It was really nice to feel like a real customer and not just another sale for the company.

Darrian went above and beyond to help me. I thought I knew what I wanted and was leaning towards a product I was familiar with, but after I described what I was looking for, Darrian recommended something new and promised I would not be disappointed and that it would be worth it. He was right. The Rythm Rosin cartridges are amazing, and I’m so glad I listened to him 🙏🙌
First time in the store and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I was helped by Amber and she was patient and helpful in finding a product that I liked. The computer was having an issue when checking out and the other team member (Darien I believe?) stepped in to fix the problem. Overall great experience in this store, y’all rock.
So I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries across upstate New York, and I have found that this one has the best products for the best price. They are super friendly, especially Tori who was willing to take all the time I needed to find the best fit for me. Also, they are running deals so it’s very cool to see new products come in that they encourage you to try. There’s also a loyalty program and they encourage you to come back in with special deals.
