I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the ongoing inconsistency in product availability at your Irving location. I have been a regular customer for the past year after moving from Cleveland. Prior to that, I traveled to Michigan for my products, and I chose to start shopping at Hollyweed Irving because I was told you carried great products and offered a reliable selection. For a while, I genuinely enjoyed coming in and considered this my go-to location. One of the main reasons I continued shopping at your store was because you carried products I could not easily find elsewhere, specifically Geeked 3G Disposables, which have become my new favorite, as well as Mac Pharms products. Unfortunately, these items are frequently out of stock. What has made this especially frustrating is that when I call ahead to ask about availability, I am consistently told that these products are in stock. After driving nearly an hour to the store, from Erie Pa I often find that they are not available. This makes each trip feel like a gamble and has become discouraging. Given the distance I travel, accurate information and more consistent inventory would make a significant difference. I value your business and would like to continue shopping at your location, but the current situation has made that difficult. unfortunately until then I will be shopping around until I find them and no longer going there.

Haven’t gone in like 2 weeks came back as I really enjoy this location and all of the varieties they provide. I went to get my dab and saw they redecorated the tip jar. It rubs me weird and talking with some of the other costumers at the dab bar they didn’t take to it very well either as it comes off very demanding and forceful. What sucks about this is the dab tenders are expecting tips, even go so far to decorate a tip jar when only one good dab tender works there the blond girl. She’s always been clean, attentive and friendly. The girl with long black hair with glasses has always had a distasteful attitude as if she’s higher than everyone else and she’s “owed” for her work that she’s already getting paid for. She really sucks at keeping her work environment clean, depends on her mood if she wants to be attentive or even nice. Really makes it hard to want to leave tips.. Tips are voluntary it shouldn’t feel forced. You get tipped based of your work ethics not how good you can sweet talk costumers.

They have like 500 different types of weed at multiple different prices levels killer dabs and edibles ATM in the store 10 steps away and the friendliest staff!! The dab bar is awesome Sam was the absolute BEST extremely knowledgeable and so nice I highly recommend stopping in 🫶

Awesome place and variety. Great employees who are knowledgeable, helpful, and charismatic! Bella, Emma, Kara, Trey, Ashley, and so many others are just so amazing and deserve so much praise!
