Such a great place! Used the delivery service for the first time. I ordered a small package of an item and they inadvertently brought me the larger package of the same item. When I called to tell them, they sent the driver back out without hesitation. I received the item I originally ordered AND an a added bonus for being honest. Thank you!
love buying my vices locally! always helpful and polite staff, good selection of locally made products and the loyalty program is nice as well.
Prices are a little on the higher side which I dont care. What bothers me is the dried out flower to tue point its breaking apart touching it. Keep calling to say something ask if I can bring it back no answer for the last 30 minutes so now I have to drive back and complain. Very unprofessional and by the other reviews the employees tend to be unprofessional
They forget the discount of the day almost every time and they almost never give me a raffle entry for my purchase - specifically if you do the drive through preorder. They have missed my discount over 3 times now. They did not include the labor day discount today. I see in the email they do a raffle, I have only recieved a ticket one time and had no idea I should have been getting them the whole time. I have even been given a gift by the owner for the amount of mistakes. I have tried over and over to be understanding but they cannot figure out how to give the dicount they send to your email weekly!! So unbelievablely frustrating and unprofessional. It upsets me even more because I do enjoy their product. Get it together guys!!! ):
