The only good thing about this place is location. Owners are not knowledgeable, Not friendly, And do not know basic customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are all about the money and could care less about the customer. Staff, I had no concerns with other than the fact that they needed to get permission to do anything from the owners. If I ever have to go back there, it’s for emergency purposes only. LGBTQ FRIENDLY!? No, these people aren’t friendly at all. As you can see in their reply. Seriously, you can go to any legit dispensary and pay less. These people should not work in customer service….its about the plant, product, and alleviation of ailments. Im not a “smoke to get high” type of person”, so yeah there are times when it’s an emergency for some, especially when you can’t walk due to pain or move due to nausea…so disagree all you want. It’s about the green plant, not the green greedy money, what happened to the culture, straight down hill…this place is the nexus….so take your over priced products and accessories out on the highest price you can think of, and have fun. Seriously people don’t even walk inside…

When they're looking for a vape that was similar to a Florist Farms brand because they're vapes, are pure and crisp and tastes like cannabis. I asked him/ manager what he would recommend.He said he only buys what he feels is good , so he introduced me into a different vape called Fernway absolutely disgusting, it has a nasty taste.You can't even taste any cannabis flavor and the hit is so rough that it makes you choke and gag.

Very convenient wish they had better hours. If you’re gonna put down that you close at six, let people come in till six. If you’re only gonna let people in till 5:55 put that on instead. Pretty much common business practices. It’s called customer service.
