stopped by to grab some stuff and the handicap spot was blocked. its not clearly marked but i thought a truck was parked it. I was wrong. I was quickly and rudely corrected by the owner. It was the next spot over and it was parked in by a black car. Either way it seems the owner didnt car so i left and went to herbz's in sweetheart corner n. syr.. Nice people and better selection.
