Stopped in just passing through town. Super cool dude with cool mustache at the door checking Id and another super chill dude working behind the counter. Great prices and super fire product. If you’re passing through town make sure to stop! 10/10

Normally a good experience, today not so much. I come here almost 3 times a week and spend good money and today employee was unprofessional and ridiculous about me just asking questions about pricing and quality and indoor flower. Employee was upset because I said I would write a review on my insta page dedicated to dispensary buds to inform my community that there is nothing currently new still for indoor flower and the canandaigua good life collective is fresh out and he took offense I usually have a friendly feeling going in to this shop now it was just uncomfortable and rude because of his response I don’t think I will be shopping g here anymore after that interaction UPDATE ‼️ I will stand my ground on how inappropriate my interaction was with the one employee but after this initial review the respectful owners ( bob and Kim) were kind enough to reach out to me to get to the bottom of this as fast as possible. After a long conversation I felt very assured that they plan on taking extra precautions to make sure nothing of the sorts happens to anyone again , they provide a safe place for your cannabis needs and were very determined to solve the situation as soon as they heard about it they want nothing more but to continue their business and relationship with our community. ( just the initial response back to me was well worth it because a lot of businesses are focused on money not building with their community and the fact bob and Kim wanted to hear me out was worth more than anything ) overall I rate this dispensary 3 out of 5 with high chances of moving up as long as their taking the initiative to do better from here.

I love this spot! The selection is surprisingly diverse despite the size of the shop, they always have what you need and it’s so easy to order online. Personable and knowledgeable employees, definitely stop in to check them out. :)

The team here is so easy-going and genuinely friendly. They are happy to answer all your questions and provide excellent recommendations, but they do it in a way that feels helpful and genuine! They carry fantastic products, including ones locally grown in NYS. As a woman, I've often found that dispensary staff can be condescending or pushy - I’ve never had that experience here and look forward to going in and saying hi to everyone :)

Popped into Good Life on a whim and I am so glad we did!! Super clean and welcoming shop. The customer service was exceptional and knowledgeable. Shout out to the Fella with the fantastic mustache, you were super kind and helpful! See you next time!
