This was my third time shopping here and I usually have a good experience, but today was very disappointing. I bought a jar and when I got to my car and removed the plastic wrap, the entire glass container was shattered inside and spilled all over my lap and hands. I had to pull over because tiny glass pieces were stuck in my fingers. I went back to the dispensary to show what happened, and instead of it being handled smoothly, I felt like the staff were questioning me as if I broke it myself. It was uncomfortable hearing whispers like it “looked sus,” and the first question asked was “where’s the weed?” while the flower was obviously full of glass. After about 15 minutes of talking, they eventually replaced the product and gave me a free pre-roll, which I appreciated — but the way the situation was handled made me feel like I wasn’t believed. For a product that’s wrapped in plastic, there’s no way to know the glass is shattered until you open it. I still like the store, but I hope the staff can handle situations like this with more trust and customer care in the future. Safety should be taken seriously, and nobody should feel accused when they’re just trying to show a product issue.
Amazing new bud spot by Kings Plaza. It's in a great location block away and easy to get to. Many busses travel this street and stop on this block. They have a great selection of products and things to get along with great accessories. Amazing people and staff as well. During Thanksgiving they gave every customer and non customer a free turkey. Great spot deffinatly reccomend. Plus kiosks that are tablets to check all products and filter everything by what you want to see plus make a cart showing your total and checkout so when you get to the counter your order is ready all you need to do is pay.
