Illya didn’t just try to sell me things; he actually took the time to understand what I needed and explained every product in a way that made sense. Super knowledgeable, patient, and honestly knew more about the plant and wellness than anyone I’ve spoken to in any NYC shop. Everything he recommended has been spot-on. If you want someone who truly knows their stuff and cares about helping you, ask for Illya. Total game changer.
