When this place first opened, the customer service was amazing. but as time went on, the customer service has gotten worse. I had purchased something from them that wound up being faulty and when I called, they looked up my account and were very dismissive because I guess I wasn’t shopping there enough. And I got stuck with a faulty vape that I couldn’t exchange, even though I bought it the day before trying it.
In all seriousness this it not the place to get your marijuana nope. They really just trying to make a sale. They in there selling expired products. There’s no reason I bought from a licensed dealer and I’m leaving with an irritated throat after doing something I’ve been doing for years. Do not fall for the cheap prices it’s cheaper for a reason.
Just left from here , there was two great sales clerks that was worth my 5 bucks tip , came on Friday some dude sold me a hybrid when I wanted a stativa straight, the guy don't know his names was so helpful , I be having anxiety like somebody gon see me in the weed spot or goofy cuz I don't speak the jargon; grams this THC levels that, these two clerks are like smokeoligists . Customer service was stellar n the blonde hair clerk hmm 🤔 who reminds me of the show CSI Miami (the blonde brainy forensic tech) anyway this lady knew where items were in the back without looking at the window . Definitely worth my tip - well I always tip but a lil more today . Cheers 🥂
Dope local dispensary! I really appreciate their wide selection and the knowledgeable, friendly budtenders who always make great recommendations. The service is quick and consistent, and they always seem to have the latest drops—especially the new rosin Off Hour gummies, which are my favorite. Definitely my go-to spot and I’ll keep coming back.
Disappointed with how far this place has fallen. FIRELEAF started off great — good selection, fair prices, and solid service. But lately, things have really gone downhill. The owner seems to have stopped caring entirely. The shelves are mostly bare, with only a small selection of 8ths and no half ounces or full ounces available. It feels completely mismanaged. Instead of keeping up with customer demand and restocking quality products, they’re pushing whatever’s left just to clear out old inventory. It’s a shame because this place had real potential, but poor management has run it into the ground.i suggest going elsewhere unless they start to turn this place back around. Poor ownership.
