💯 Highly Recommend coming here! Staff were super nice and welcoming. I will say I hope they increase their inventory, my visit had somewhat limited options, however that does not deter on the fact that they have excellent products. If you are looking for a place with quality and service this is the spot. 9.7/10
The folxs that work there are super friendly and awesome. They chat with you and get to know, it’s not what you usually expect from a cannabis store. Makes me want to go there for all my smoke needs
First time visit the other day and I've gotta say that the place has a great selection of products and the staff was a great help to me, very hospitable. I had a little hiccup with my order, so I swung by the next day and spoke to boss man and he helped me out with my issue with much care and concern. 100% recommend this place and I now will be a returning customer in the future.
This place is so good I forgot to leave the good review I promised - I'm sorry guys!! Chronic truly deserves to be successful. I've been to many shops around the city, both legal and "legacy" - Chronic is by far one of the most consistent and welcoming shop I've been to, especially with a lot of other legal dispensaries feeling very corporate and disconnected from the community. Every time I've walked into Chronic, there's a welcoming atmosphere with friendly conversation already going on behind the doors. During times like these, I want my money going to places where the workers are treated right, and this place has given no indication otherwise in the ~10's of times I've been here over the last couple years. Oh and the selection is great too - the NY market has come a long way in a very short time!
This place has become a staple of the neighborhood. It's by far one of the coolest stores I've ever been to, with super chill staff, and a great range of products. I love coming here, am always satisfied with what I purchase, and can't wait to come back. Major props to the owners and workers of this establishment who know how to run a dispensary and get it right.
