Let’s be clear I’ve never been to a dispensary that I love so much you guys make me feel warm. Make me feel comfortable and you also give me really really stoned. Every visit is wonderful. They are set up to accommodate plenty of shoppers at once. They have knowlegable staff on site, and they are friendly and patient as well. Selections are fantastic.
I had multiple interactions with staff and consistently experienced unprofessional service. I was given incorrect information regarding promotions, and the overall customer experience was uncomfortable. Despite tipping on each visit, service quality did not improve. Disrespectful. I would not recommend this location.
The people inside are great super friendly so a 5 star for customer service! But the 3 star overall is based on the flower in which I purchased it was my first time at this shop, and I purchased a 3.5 of the train wreck by WAVY and I would confidently say that about .5 of this was leaf in itself and very over dried, I was very unhappy with my purchase. I will give them another try in the future, in hopes for a good outcome
Parking is back in only. They have a Kiosk screen you can utilize if you want. It is very helpful. Not all locations have these. I believe they said you can order online as well.The staff are all very friendly and informative. Wide selection of flower ,vapes, edibles and beverages . Different things at the location going on throughout the month. Had several brands I hadn't seen yet at other dispensaries.Prices seem consistent with others in the county. It has lots of bright colors and several wall murals.
