I've been going to this dispensary for a little over 3 months now. For 90% of that time I was receiving products that were of high to decent quality. A couple days ago I purchased an eighth of a specific brand. I wanted to try. Upon opening the container, the flower inside was so dry that if you would touch it it would turn to dust. It was an unusable product. When I emailed the company about this issue, I have been ignored. So now I am writing a review of my experience. It's a shame that they're not willing to make things right with loyal customers

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing First Visit! Thanks to Ben & Hector! I had never been to Black Market Dispensary before, and honestly, I was completely lost when I walked in. I didn’t really know what I was looking for or where to start, but then Ben and Hector came in like absolute superheroes. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. They took a confusing situation and turned it into an awesome, truly life-changing experience. You can tell they really know their product and love what they do. On top of that, the dispensary itself is spotless, clean like it belongs on a magazine cover. The atmosphere was warm, kind, and uplifting, which is exactly what you want when you’re shopping for your smokes. Huge thanks to Ben and Hector. I’ll definitely be coming back!

10/17 5:15pm. This was my 4th time going to this location.. I narrowed my options down to a top 3.. I asked to look at the 3 options to decide finally based on looks (jar products you can see through). The younger budtender with poor social/communications skills said “we can’t do that, you’ll just have to decide”. I was about to walk out and go to black market (who allow you to look first) and never come back to this location.. LUCKILY the girl with the glasses (assuming she’s the manager) said it wouldn’t be a problem, they’re just really busy (true) and might take a minute. She not only saved the sale, but saved a customer. With all the dispensaries across the state, it’s just too easy to leave and go down the road to another and never look back. The girl with the glasses is very friendly helpful patient.. she runs the show.. the other bud tenders up front are not commutative, friendly, or helpful.. they look like they don’t want to be there and look miserable. You can thank her for the 5 stars instead of something much lower

Love it here, so clean, workers are friendly and they have security measures. Love the professionalism
