Really appreciate the customer service at the store. They always make me feel like my business matters and I’m a regular when I only go into the store couple times a month. I really appreciate the dynamic between the employees and I also appreciate the quality everyone’s always professional and knowledgeable.
Tom Monroe seemed like a nice guy who was able to answer some questions for me about cannabis in Seneca Nation reservation, but whoever the lady was seemed cross and made me utterly uncomfortable. Ive seen better dispensaries in my travels and better places with better vibes just down the road that were much more welcoming. Wandered in to a shack with a filthy scale on the counter caked with concentrates, with open concentrate jars letting terps evaporate. Definitely no in house single source products. 6 month old product still on the shelf. Would not recommend. Update in response to their reply When I came in, I thought I was speaking with the owner, Tom Monroe, whenever the lady came from the back and interjected on our discourse. Seemed like she had more personal issues and influences, than professionalism when the owner was already speaking with me. She made it seem like she spoke for the owner that was standing in front of me. If it wasn't for her encounter, I wouldnt have made an honest review.
Known Tommy for a while and he's always had the best stuff. Glad to finally get around to checking out his shop. Set up very nicely would recommend checking out if you ever need some stuff
As an ol school smoker from way back almost half a century this reminds me of my teenage years when you go buy a 5 finger ounce of solid buds for $40.
